Mohsin Khan, the left-arm pace bowler from Uttar Pradesh, is one of the most talented fast bowlers in Indian cricket.

Playing for Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2022, Mohsin has impressed everyone with his swing bowling.

1) On 15 July 1998, Mohsin Khan was born in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh in India

2) A left-arm pace bowler who can consistently bowl at 140kph, Mohsin is the youngest of the four children in their family

3) His father Multan Khan is a sub-inspector in a police station in Moradabad

From an early age, he was interested in playing cricket. His father and his brothers ( Azam and Imran ) encouraged him to pursue a cricket career

4) Mohsin, being a left-arm pacer himself, was a big fan of Zaheer Khan

He trained under cricket coach Badruddin in a local cricket academy

5) On 10 January 2018, made his T20 debut for Uttar Pradesh against Madhya Pradesh in the 2017–18 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy

In this game, he grabbed his first T20 wicket in the form of Harpreet Singh

6) On 7 February 2018, he made his List-A debut for Uttar Pradesh against Maharashtra in the 2017-18 Vijay Hazare Trophy

In this match, even though he went for a few runs, Mohsin managed to score a quick 34-run-knock in 15 balls

7) On 27 January 2020, Mohsin Khan made his first-class debut for Uttar Pradesh against Madhya Pradesh in the 2019–20 Ranji Trophy in Dindigul

Rajat Patidar was his first victim in first-class cricket

8) In the 2022 IPL auction, Mohsin Khan was bought by the Lucknow Supergiants for INR 20 lacs

He was previously bought by the Mumbai Indians in the 2018 IPL

9) On 28 March 2022, Mohsin Khan made his IPL debut for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai

10) In his eight IPL matches, Mohsin Khan has picked up 13 wickets at a miserly economy of 5.93

He has proved himself to be quite handy with the bat, scoring an unbeaten six-ball 13 against the Punjab Kings
